Well, yes it does.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Start with a messy but cold engine.<\/li>\n<li>Cover any electrical bits you don&#8217;t want to soak.<\/li>\n<li>Spray Gunk Foamy Engine Cleaner and let it soak for 15 min.
